Maintenance Manager

This position will be responsible for organizing, and supervising the daily maintenance and repair of structural features, fixtures, furnishings, and operating systems of the assigned facilities. This position will supervise building operating services, including preventive and emergency maintenance of electrical, electronic, fleet, mechanical, and other systems and equipment, and maintenance of parking areas and access ways.

This position’s pay is a salary range of $68k-$79k

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE MANAGER AT JBZ

The Maintenance manager will be responsible for managing the daily facilities for the public areas, administrative offices and/or secure areas of buildings, walkways, parking areas and other exterior features. Implements preventive maintenance schedules for structural features and figures and mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other operating systems. Training, supervising, and scheduling the maintenance team, working as a backup for the building and grounds.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE MANAGER AT JBZ

Possess the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of individuals and lead, motivate, and manage work teams. Have at least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management. Management experience and, working knowledge of applied mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics, as well as the use, repair, and maintenance of programmable logic controllers. With knowledge of OSHA/MIOSHA occupational health and safety rules, regulations, and requirements.
